About the Bluesky Popular Posts Ranking
The SkySearch popular posts ranking is a free tool that lists the most-liked posts on Bluesky, grouped by time period. Choose from three windows — 24 hours, weekly (7 days), or monthly (30 days) — and browse posts sorted by like count.
All data is fetched in real time from the official Bluesky API, so the ranking is always up to date. No account or login is required — anyone can use it right away.
How the ranking works
- Time window: Choose from 24 hours, weekly (7 days), or monthly (30 days).
- Sort order: Posts published within the selected window are sorted by like count in descending order, and the top 50 are shown.
- Language: The English ranking shows posts tagged as English on Bluesky.
- Data source: Bluesky's public API (app.bsky.feed.searchPosts) is used to fetch posts in real time.
- Information displayed: Author avatar and display name, post text, images/videos, like count, repost count, and reply count.
